Head Tracker software supports multiple analog inputs with a 0 to 3.3V range. They can be used for anything you wish but the initial intention was for them to be used as a throttle and rudder input. This will allow you to use this software as a single handed controller. Using roll for aileron and tilt for elevator. Rudder can't use the pan output because if you spin your body the rudder will also change which is why it's using an analog input.
Nano boards support 4 analog inputs on A4, A5, A6, A7
DTQSYS board supports 3 analog inputs on 0.29,0.02,0.28 Analog0 on this board is used to sense the battery voltage.
